P1I am Li Ming, a sophomore at our university. I am writing to offer a few suggestions on how to improve students’ physical condition.
P2First, I suggest that we have at least one PE class every week, so that everyone gets regular exercise. Besides, the sports grounds should stay open longer in the evening, allowing students to run or play ball after study. Finally, the canteen might offer healthier dishes, with more fresh vegetables and less fried food.

升级点allowing students to run… 现在分词作伴随、with more fresh vegetables 介词短语补充，比平铺 “and the canteen offers…” 更连贯。
