01Notice 与书信的格式差异
通知/启事本区间考 5 次（英一 4、英二 1）。它面向不特定人群，无私人称呼，靠标题 + 信息点 + 落款单位成立。备忘录 Memo 是更正式的内部公文，本区间未考，骨架一并给出。

51. Directions: You are supposed to write for the Postgraduates’ Association a notice to recruit volunteers for an international conference on globalization. The notice should include the basic qualifications for applicants and other information which you think is relevant.
You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET 2.
Do not sign your own name at the end of the notice. Use “Postgraduates’ Association” instead. (10 points)
NOTICE
An international conference on globalization will be held at our university, and we are now recruiting volunteers for it.
Volunteers are expected to help with reception, guide guests around the campus, and assist with translation. The basic qualifications are as follows: a good command of English, a friendly and responsible personality, and availability on the days of the conference. Preference will be given to those with similar experience.
Those who are interested may send an application to the Students’ Union office before next Friday. We look forward to your participation.

要点题干要求”include basic qualifications + relevant information”——正文给出 职责（接待/引导/翻译）、条件（英语好、负责、时间）、报名地点与截止。
避雷本题落款必须写单位名 Postgraduates’ Association，不能写 Li Ming；Notice 无称呼。

Notice
Our university will hold a summer camp for high school students, and we are now calling for volunteers.
During the camp, students will take part in English workshops, laboratory experiments, and campus tours. Volunteers are needed to help organize these activities and guide the students. We welcome those who are patient, outgoing, and proficient in English. The camp will run from July 10 to July 20.
If you are interested, please sign up at the Student Union office by the end of this month. We look forward to your joining us.
