You should write about 150 words on the ANSWER SHEET. (15 points)
The pie chart shows the factors consumers consider when choosing a restaurant. Food and flavor account for the largest share, 36.3%, followed by service at 26.8% and environment at 23.8%. Price is the least important, at only 8.4%.
The data indicate that diners today care most about what they eat and how they are treated. As income rises, price matters less, while taste, service and the overall dining experience carry more weight. Restaurants that focus only on low prices may fail to attract demanding customers.
From my perspective, restaurants should improve food quality and service first. Only by offering a satisfying experience can they win loyal customers in a competitive market.
